Sixtowns Waste jobs and careers

About Sixtowns Waste

At Sixtowns Waste, we help developers, housing providers and contractors prepare buildings and sites so refurbishment and construction projects can begin. Many projects face their first delays before any building work starts. Properties are still full. Buildings need stripping back. Sites are not ready for access. That early stage is often overlooked, but it sets the tone for everything that follows. What we do We deliver enabling works that prepare buildings and sites for development. Our core services include: House clearances Void property preparation Strip outs for refurbishment Site clearance for construction Waste removal and compliant disposal Hazardous waste coordination We manage each project from survey through to completion, giving you one point of contact and a straightforward process. How we support projects Our role is simple. We take buildings and sites from their current condition and get them ready for the next stage. Cleared. Stripped back. Ready for work to begin. When that stage is done properly, projects move faster and with fewer issues. Who we work with We support: Property managers Social housing providers Developers Builders and principal contractors Clients who need reliable delivery, clear communication and a contractor who can take control of early stage works. Local focus We operate across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, supporting refurbishment, regeneration and development projects across the area. Why it matters Every project has a starting point. Often it is not the build itself. It is the moment a building or site is properly prepared. That is where we come in.
