About SJM Properties South West Ltd

SJM Properties is an independently run letting agent based in Taunton, Somerset. At SJM properties we use our wealth of local knowledge to let and manage properties within the Taunton, Wellington and surrounding areas. We are committed to providing a straightforward service tailored to individual customer's needs. We have a variety of skills and technology to allow us to do this. With our advanced camera technology, we are able to put together virtual viewings for property lets, prospective tenants can access a link to their chosen property tour at their own convenience. We use digital communication and our customised online portal to complete and electronically store all paperwork (i.e. tenancy agreement, terms of business etc). The online portal for landlords ensures smooth communication between SJM properties, landlords and tenants. All repairs and essential maintenance can be reported online so we can arrange a local contractor to assess the issue as soon as possible. We understand that the online approach isn't best suited for everyone and we don't want to compromise our customer service in any way. There is always the option to discuss any enquiries over the phone, leave a message or arrange a viewing in person. We offer face to face property viewings at a mutually agreed time and we are more than happy to accompany tenants moving into their new home.
