About Skillity Ltd

Skillity started with a simple frustration: interviews are broken. CVs tell you where someone's been, not what they can do. Unstructured interviews reward confidence over competence. And most hiring decisions still come down to a feeling in someone's gut. We're building something better. Skillity is an AI-powered assessment platform built on the SWA FitModel® — our proprietary framework for evaluating how candidates actually think, respond, and perform when it matters. Born out of Begility's AI-native approach to building companies, Skillity exists to bring structured, evidence-based hiring to businesses that can't afford to keep getting it wrong. We're early. We're building fast. And we're not pretending to be finished. Try it → skillity.ai
