About SkillNet LLC | MentoraX

MentoraX (a brand of SkillNet LLC) builds productized AI practice systems for solo and small law firms. We help talented attorneys stop acting as the "Grinder" in their firm and become the "Architect". Most solo attorneys spend up to 50% of their week on non-billable operations—intake, email, document drafting, and chasing invoices. It isn't a time management problem; it is a systems problem. We fix that. Acting as your Fractional CTO, we install automated "Team-in-a-Box" systems that give you your time back and allow your practice to run without you in every seat. ► 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓 𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌: Every MentoraX product has a defined scope, a clear deliverable, and a repeatable implementation process. No open-ended consulting. ⚙️ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟓-𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞™ 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞: A 90-day done-with-you engagement. We map your operations and install 2–3 custom AI automation systems (intake, billing, comms) running on self-hosted n8n. 🎙️ 𝐎𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭: A fully managed content distribution engine. You provide 2–4 hours a month of raw legal expertise, and we scale your message across LinkedIn, your blog, and Google. ⭐ 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰: A done-for-you Google review growth engine. Satisfaction-gated, ABA-compliant, and fully automated. ► 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐒 𝐔𝐒 𝐃𝐈𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓: • Built strictly for solo and small law firms (no generic business advice). • You own the infrastructure (we build on self-hosted n8n, ensuring full data ownership). • Founded by Tony Yankovich, automation architect and author of The 5-Hour Lawyer. If you are ready to break free from the billable hour trap, recover lost revenue, and scale with confidence—start by measuring the problem. ⏳ 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐦 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭: Find out exactly how much revenue you are losing to non-billable operations in just 5 minutes of setup: https://mentorax.io/time-audit 📗 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐈 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬: https://mentorax.io/services
