Hi! I'm Rachel Sklar - long time Bay Area parenting expert focused on helping parents raise the next generation of leaders. I do that in two ways: 1. I help companies support their working parents through private coaching and seminars. I love helping industry leaders who succeed at work but struggle at home. In my boy programs, I teach the "Boy Mom Method", which helps moms of intense, persistent, sensitive, active boys how to raise their sons to be cooperative, calm, and kind. I'm a dynamic speaker, story teller, writer, and visionary with a passion for lifting all parents higher.
