About SKM Logistics & Trade GmbH

SKM Logistics & Trade GmbH is an international logistics operator based in Hamburg. We design and manage global supply chains for manufacturers, distributors, and trading companies — from route planning and documentation to door-to-door delivery. Our focus is intermodal logistics and end-to-end shipment control: air, rail, sea, road, as well as cross-trade shipments (when the seller is in the EU, but cargo moves directly between countries without importing into the EU). We operate as a single point of control: one coordinator, clear milestones, transparent cost structure, and regular status updates. Key capabilities: • Air Freight worldwide (IATA): fast confirmations, optimized routing, lead-time control. • Rail transit Europe → CIS/Central Asia: consolidation and controlled transit via terminal capacity. • Sea (FCL/LCL) + intermodal: large volumes and long-haul routes within intermodal chains. • Road (FTL/LTL) + last mile: flexible delivery and distribution. • Documentation, customs & compliance: HS codes, invoice logic, Incoterms, transit coordination. • Warehousing / consolidation / cross-dock: preparation, control, distribution. • Project logistics: OOG/heavy cargo, EPC shipments (via partners). Our goal is to make international trade fast, transparent, and predictable, even in turbulent market conditions. 📍 Hamburg, Germany | 🌍 Global freight & intermodal | ✈️ IATA | 🤝 FIATA Individual Member
