About Sky Topography Kosovo Sh.P.K.

Sky Topography Kosovo brings European aviation and engineering standards to infrastructure diagnostics in Kosovo. As a subsidiary of a German commercial drone operator, we specialise in radiometrically accurate thermal imaging — delivering the preventative maintenance data required to protect high-value assets, optimise energy yields, and secure foreign direct investments. Our primary operations cover three service lines: Utility-scale solar PV diagnostics Commercial building envelope inspections Industrial infrastructure mapping Instead of standard visual photography, our dual-sensor payloads extract raw temperature data from every pixel. We deliver precise temperature differential reports that allow facility managers and international developers to identify solar cell degradation, moisture entrapment, and HVAC energy loss — long before they escalate into costly structural or mechanical failures. Operating strictly under European Aviation Safety Agency protocols, we guarantee compliant, safe, and highly accurate data collection in complex urban and industrial environments. We are the dedicated diagnostic partner for international developers, utility providers, and corporate real estate firms operating in Kosovo who require verifiable engineering data to protect their operational investments.
