About Skyring SDA

Skyring SDA is a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider supporting NDIS participants, families, and industry partners to deliver thoughtfully designed, accessible homes in the heart of the community. We work nationally with participants, support coordinators, SIL providers, developers, and property owners to make the SDA journey easier to navigate, from early planning and matching through to move-in and ongoing property and tenancy management. Our focus is simple: quality homes that genuinely improve day-to-day life. The right housing can unlock greater independence, safety, stability, and choice, and can reduce the need for higher-intensity supports over time. That’s why we take a practical, transparent approach, providing clear guidance, specialist SDA knowledge, and a consistent, participant-first experience. For property owners and investors, Skyring SDA offers end-to-end SDA management with an emphasis on compliance, strong relationships, and long-term performance, so you can feel confident your property is being managed with care and professionalism. For participants, we’re committed to an equal, safe, and transparent pathway to a home that supports independence and a better quality of life.
