About Sligo AI - A SpendHQ Platform

Sligo AI pioneered Agentic Enterprise Procurement — the infrastructure layer that lets AI agents autonomously execute procurement work, not just generate recommendations. In April 2026, we joined SpendHQ to bring that capability to the world's most data-rich procurement platform. The combination matters because the two hardest problems in enterprise AI have always been data quality and deployment complexity. SpendHQ solved the first, with over $10 trillion in analyzed, normalized spend data trusted by 500+ global organizations. Sligo AI solved the second, building deployment architecture that operates inside a company's own environment — its cloud, its firewall, its compliance posture — with no data sovereignty trade-offs. Together, we've closed the gap between knowing and doing. Our agents don't sit on top of your procurement stack. They work inside it — connecting to ERPs, contract systems, and data warehouses to run sourcing strategies, analyze contracts, track spend, and enforce policy at a scale no team can match manually. Fortune 100 customers across manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and critical infrastructure are already running on it. If your procurement organization is still waiting for AI to move from insight to execution, this is what that looks like.
