About SmallGood, LTD.

SmallGood is a strategic and creative agency working with businesses large and small, for-profit and not, that are making a positive impact in the world. We are woman-owned, woman-run, committed to mentoring, and dedicated to diversity. Intentionally lean, and intelligently responsive, we are a distributed agency - location agnostic - and able to curate a team specifically for each client's needs. Started by Mylene Pollock and Lenora Rand, these two dynamic leaders come with years of big agency experience in brand strategy and development, creative platforms and campaigns, and are committed to helping brands express who they are and why they matter. Through their Resonator Brands approach and Positive Impact Marketing, they uncover meaning, enable expression and foster community. And they do it all to help companies “grow their good.”
