About Smart 1 Recruitment Limited

Smart 1 Recruitment Ltd began out of the desire to establish a recruitment agency which focuses on the development of employees and helping clients achieve success. We recognise that an organisation's success is dependent upon the people they employ. We would like to make a difference in our community, providing job seekers with the employment and career development opportunities they seek and businesses with the correct candidates to help them achieve their goals. Cathy Strain, Director, brings over twenty years' experience of managing small businesses coupled with CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Management to the agency. Her knowledge, professional ethics and integrity are the basic building blocks of the management approach and style adopted by Smart 1. Having worked in the recruitment industry for the past 11 years, Mike Harper, Director, has extensive knowledge of both the industry itself and local employment requirements. Essential professional contacts have been made and an enviable reputation built on his hard work and ability to deliver. An ever increasing network of candidates seeking employment, through personal recommendation alone facilitates the meeting of clients' needs. Coupled with our professional recruiting procedures, we believe we can provide the best candidates for the job, ultimately ensuring your organisational success.
