About SmartBean® Bookkeeping

Say hello to SmartBean®! We are a team of people with diverse entrepreneurial backgrounds that share one common goal: to revolutionize the relationship between small business entrepreneurs and their numbers through innovative and affordable products and services. You probably know that big corporations use their financial data to make decisions in nearly all aspects of their operations. However, for small businesses, bookkeeping is almost always an afterthought that is done monthly, quarterly, or long after the fact. Generally, small business entrepreneurs maintain their books to file and pay taxes, and to stay in compliance with government agencies. As a result, they frequently miss out on tax credits and deductions due to misclassification and untimely recording of transactions. SmartBean® uses QuickBooks Online and Xero to personally retrieve, categorize, and verify all transactions from your business accounts — banks, credit cards, PayPal, etc.. You will have your very own dedicated bookkeeper, who works on your books daily and reconciles your accounts monthly. Your financials will be accurate and always up to date. Our team is powered by passionate, friendly, and dedicated people — one of the keys to our success. We demonstrate a personal touch in each of our client relationships. For SmartBean®, it’s that invaluable connection that differentiates us from others in bookkeeping that rely primarily on technology. Together, we’re poised to revolutionize the relationship between small business owners and their numbers. At SmartBean®, we’re not just bean counters; we’re the beans you can count on.
