About SMARTPath Fertility International

SMARTPath Fertility Is Not Your Typical Agency We bring our extensive experience in full-cycle surrogacy and egg donation to everything we do. A good agency provides you with a road map of qualified providers to meet all of your surrogacy and egg donor needs. An exceptional agency – and that’s who SmartPath is – the agency simply does more. We don’t just connect you with the best providers—we are one of them. With decades of experience and strong relationships in the industry, we’ve walked in the shoes of those we work alongside, ensuring the highest level of care every step of the way. SMARTPath Fertility ushers in a new era, building on our outstanding coordination and family planning legacy. Our team succeeds where others see impossible challenges - helping families who were turned away for being "too complicated" or having "little chance" of success. We've reunited babies with their families through COVID-19, navigated the changing situation in Ukraine, and adapted to evolving fertility laws worldwide. We find solutions others miss and tackle aspects of fertility journeys that often go undiscussed. Our families consistently praise our thorough advocacy and efficient, results-driven approach. We organize complex processes into clear, achievable steps while protecting your interests every step of the way. From the moment you dream of starting a family to the day you hold your baby, we’re by your side—ensuring every step of the journey is managed with expertise, compassion, and attention to detail, including all the necessary legal documentation.
