All of our freelance workers are provided with a mobile app so they get real time notifications whenever a shift is posted and they can pick it up at the click of a button. Shifts can be cancelled or edited by your business via the app and we have included a handy chat feature that allows you to directly communicate with each worker before they even arrive for their shift. You can view their profile pictures, star ratings, qualifications and their right to work in the UK. We also provide you with a full shift audit. We cover the healthcare, hospitality, warehousing and logistics industries with thousands of fully vetted freelance workers registered with us in towns and cities across the UK. Smartshifts provides you with a vendor management solution. You can onboard your current supplier agencies onto our platform at agreed individual rates and we will provide all of their staff with the Smartshifts app, ensuring a 100% fulfilment rate on all of your shifts, all of the time.
