About SmartSolar

SmartSolar is a Saigon-based EnergyTech company accelerating the transition to clean energy in Southeast Asia. We help households, businesses, and factories cut electricity costs from day one through our innovative solar subscription model - removing upfront investment while delivering immediate savings and long-term sustainability. Our mission is simple: make renewable energy accessible, affordable, and impactful. By empowering customers of all sizes to reduce both their bills and their carbon footprint, we’re building a more sustainable and decentralized energy future across Vietnam and the region. SmartSolar is backed by leading global investors and partners, including institutional funds with deep experience in renewable energy (Picus Capital, 2degrees, Iterative) as well as successful entrepreneurs and angel investors from world-class companies such as Lazada, Delivery Hero, DivvyHomes, and McKinsey. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, we operate nationwide across Vietnam and are planning to expand our solutions to more countries across Southeast Asia soon.
