About Smiling in Savasana LLC

Smiling in Savasana is on a mission is to guide stressed and restless people to their happy place! Founded by Lindsay Monal, the Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, and Reiki Master behind Smiling in Savasana LLC, we weave creative movement, mindfulness practices, and energy work into virtual and in person sessions for busy professionals, just like you! Ok, but what’s "Savasana"? Shuh-va-sa-nuh is the part at the end of every yoga class where the teacher tells you to lie on your back and relax. The word “Savasana” comes from the Sanskrit words Śava, meaning "corpse" and Āsana, meaning "posture" or "seat". It is practiced by lying down and consciously relaxing all the muscles in your body. Coincidentally, savasana is also the position that you lie in while receiving a Reiki treatment. But most importantly, savasana is our happy place! Whenever we take the shape, we are reminded of the wonders of our bodies and intelligence of our breath. Savasana helps us fall into a space of deep relaxation, nurturing, and stillness like no other. It's an experience of pure love, rest, and harmony - a feeling we want to share with you. Are you ready to smile in savasana too? Visit our website to book your session today!
