About Smith & Griffith Real Estate Team - CIR Realty

The Smith & Griffith Real Estate Team is a family-run real estate team built on western values of honesty, loyalty, and integrity. Rooted in both urban and rural Alberta, the team believes real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about trust, long-term relationships, and helping clients make confident decisions about where they live, work, and invest. Serving Calgary and communities throughout the QE2 corridor, including Airdrie, Olds, Red Deer, Ponoka, and surrounding rural municipalities, the team offers deep local knowledge across urban residential, acreages, farms, ranches, small-town, and recreational properties. Their broad geographic reach and understanding of diverse property types allow them to guide clients through a wide range of real estate needs. Led by Rees Smith—Alberta’s “No Bull” Realtor®—the team brings more than 25 years of experience specializing in rural and agricultural real estate. Known for straightforward advice and practical guidance, Rees helps clients cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters. Kari Griffith, Business Manager, provides strategic and operational leadership behind the scenes, ensuring systems, marketing, and transaction processes support a seamless and professional client experience. Dawson Smith, Realtor®, represents the next generation of the team, combining fresh perspective with decades of mentorship and experience. With a client-first approach, proven marketing strategies, and a commitment to integrity, the Smith & Griffith Real Estate Team delivers trusted guidance—just like family would.
