About Smiths Property Management

Based in York, covering the Yorkshire region, Smiths Property Management are specialists in the service charge management of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. If you are a flat owner, developer, landlord or investor within the Yorkshire region we guarantee we can save you money on your service charges and management fees whilst delivering the highest quality service in the fastest time. Being an independent, Yorkshire regional company, we have extensive knowledge and contacts in the local areas; allowing us to provide you a 'peace of mind', flexible and bespoke service for all your service charge needs. Limiting our client base to Yorkshire allows us to understand the area and be here for you you 24/7. Investors/Developers - Lower service charges will allow you to attract more tenants and/or more buyers. Flat Owners / Commercial Premises Owners - Unlike other management companies, we are not held to national contracts or suppliers enabling us to use local but higher value companies at a lower rate with a quicker turn around. Our office, based in York, is central to the region, guaranteeing one of our team can be with you the day and issue arises. Our ethics and values are paramount to us. Most of our work is referred via other clients - from flat owners to investors. We are transparent, openly communicating all management activities and costs. Unlike some managing agents, we do not take commission on any subcontractors or services we use. If a discount is provided, the amount is reimbursed back into the client service charge account. How Much Could You Be Saving? We look forward to hearing from you - please contact us by phone or email.
