SMK Capital Management is a family owned and operated real estate investment company founded by Dr. Khuri and Mark Khuri. SMK's focus is on providing eligible investors with attractive returns through commercial income producing real estate. Through the creation of partnerships and syndication’s we are able to achieve passive income and positive cash flow from carefully chosen real estate investments. We target specific asset classes for cash flow including self-storage facilities and mobile home parks both of which have historically performed well in upward and downward trending market cycles.
