Our store features a full-service butcher shop, deli, and grocery — with a space soon becoming a gathering place for lunch seating, ticketed events, tastings, and live music. Everything we carry is carefully sourced to be top-quality, clean, and nutrient-dense. All of our meats come directly from the owner’s farm, where animals are 100% pasture-raised in a healthy, regenerative environment. The Head family raises both the animals and their feed on a multi-generational family farm in Robertson County, Tennessee — ensuring complete traceability from pasture to plate. In our butcher shop, meats are available in all cuts and sizes, with experienced staff helping customers choose both familiar and new selections, along with cooking tips and recipe ideas. Our grocery features a curated selection from like-minded, ethical farms, and our deli offers sandwiches, prepared meals, salads, and sides to go.
