About Snowball Communications

Snowball Communications is an independent strategic communications consultancy based in Slovakia, recognized as a leading expert agency in healthcare and regulated sectors. We operate where communication directly affects policy, market access, reputation and public trust. Alongside healthcare, we deliver strategic projects in energy, environment and sustainability, technical and industrial sectors, retail and non-profit and third sector. From ESG positioning and infrastructure communication to innovation storytelling and destination branding, we translate complex substance into credible narratives aligned with stakeholder expectations and business objectives. Healthcare, however, remains our strongest and most distinctive expertise. We design and lead nationwide awareness platforms, expert coalitions, public affairs initiatives and stakeholder-driven projects in pharmacy, prevention, vaccination, drug policy and patient advocacy. We work at the intersection of medicine, legislation and public discourse, where communication must be evidence-based, compliant and strategically precise. We understand regulatory frameworks, reimbursement systems and institutional decision-making processes. Our work often involves shaping dialogue with policymakers, professional associations, healthcare providers and patient organizations. In such environments, communication is not promotional — it is structural. Our core competencies include: • Strategic positioning and narrative architecture • Public affairs and stakeholder engagement • High-level media relations and reputation management • Crisis and issues management • Integrated PR and digital activation • Thought leadership and expert content development We combine senior strategic leadership with disciplined execution, integrating analytic rigor and AI-supported efficiency while maintaining full editorial accountability.
