About Sobey Road Entertainment

Sobey Road Entertainment was founded on the belief that stories matter, and that telling them well is a responsibility. We finance and produce cinematic portraits of the world’s most celebrated artists, athletes and bands. Created by Oscar-, Emmy-, and BAFTA-winning filmmakers, these intimate looks into the lives and impact of culture-defining figures are made in partnership with the subjects themselves. These classic stories deserve revolutionary perspectives, told by the finest storytellers, with a commitment to narratorial integrity. Our subjects have dedicated themselves to their art. We endeavor to capture the spirit of their work in our films.
