About Society for Asian Circular Innovation Network (SACIN)

The Society for Asian Circular Innovation Network (SACIN) is a research think tank dedicated to advancing the circular economy across Asia. We began with a strong focus on the fashion industry—especially textiles and apparel, Bangladesh’s largest export sector— and now work across a wider range of industries that have significant environmental and economic impact. These include agriculture, manufacturing, construction and real estate, healthcare, plastics, power and energy, financial services, water and sanitation, and shipbuilding. SACIN works to generate knowledge, influence policy, and promote innovation that helps industries reduce waste, use resources more efficiently, and move towards sustainable growth. By connecting governments, businesses, researchers, and communities, we create practical solutions that benefit people, protect the planet, and strengthen Asia’s role as a leader in the global transition to a circular economy. Our Focus Areas We align with key UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly: ✅ SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption & Production ✅ SDG 13 – Climate Action ✅ SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals What We Do 🔹 Circular economy solutions 🔹 Environmental sustainability strategies 🔹 Geopolitical & geoeconomic analysis 🔹 Climate diplomacy & governance Join us in reimagining South Asia’s textile industry for a more sustainable future. 🌱♻️ #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #TextileInnovation #ClimateAction #SDGs
