About Software Vrienden

Stop hunting on Linkedin or Indeed for the best developers. Stop searching for the best dev job. With our proprietary AI matching tool, we give you the best of both worlds. A pond full of super nerds and the best A projects in one place. Happy development for all! Our mission is to create the finest biotope for nerds. No boring assignments, authoritarian boss, compulsory attendance, shitty breaks and bad pay. But a biotope that pays better, offers more challenge and gives ultimate freedom. From your attic room, on location, hybrid or remote. Without administrative hassles, because we do that for you. Colleagues? You run into each other more and more. At events, in our office, on projects and maybe even on an airplane. And that mission makes you stronger as a recruiter or entrepreneur. You probably don't even know where to look anymore to give your ambition hands and feet, let alone secure your dev capacity. Outsource? Train? Scouting? Don't. Far too expensive and inefficient. As a recruiter, you're already more desperate than ever to find the right developer for clients. Roaming around on Linkedin, sending personal messages... It doesn't work for you. Not enough anyway. Our developers never want to leave us. We are too flexible and relaxed for that. As a result, you always have development capacity! Permanent, hybrid, freelance, seconded or hourly: you decide and choose. And with this mutual win-win, we have had great success. For quite a while now.
