About Sohovian

Small businesses made bigger. Sohovian helps under-resourced and overworked small business owners to grow their businesses. We are specialists in taking care of your customers, with our virtual customer care services. We also offer small co-working offices and meeting rooms in Cleveland. Why would you choose a private co-working office? * Short term agreements * Fully furnished offices * Utilities & services already connected Just plug in your laptop & you're away! What's a Virtual Receptionist? It's actually a team of people who will answer your phone, transfer calls to you, take messages, book appointments ... whatever your resident Receptionist can do for you, we can do too - except make your coffee. (But you're always welcome to pay us a visit if you'd like a coffee). A Virtual Receptionist service can be your full-time reception solution or an overflow alternative for lunch breaks, busy periods or staff leave. How could I use a Virtual Office Address? If your business is mobile or works from home, then you could use a Virtual Office Address on your website, stationery, advertising etc. The benefits include keeping your home address private, maintaining a stable address if you're regularly on the move and providing your customers with the confidence that you can be found. How can I get a meeting room? We have an online booking page on our website. You can see the room availability and book it there and then. Forget the noisy coffee shop - our boardrooms are private, professional, and reasonably priced.
