About SoKa Casting

SoKa Casting is a full-service unscripted casting company specializing in unscripted talent, real-people casting, and development across television, digital, commercials, and live experiences, with active work and reach throughout the Americas and Europe. We don’t just think outside the box; we build entirely new lanes to find the right people. Our approach is proactive, hands-on, and rooted in creative outreach. We don’t rely on submissions; we go out and find the story. From big personalities to highly specific niches, we source authentic, compelling talent that elevates every project. With deep experience across unscripted formats, game shows, and development, we partner with networks, brands, and production companies as both a casting and creative development resource. Whether it’s building full ensemble casts, sourcing real people with lived experience, or helping shape concepts through casting, we bring a sharp eye, strong instincts, and a deep understanding of story. Our strength lies in access. We’ve built a wide-reaching network across all demographics, communities, and subcultures, allowing us to tap into both broad and highly targeted casting needs. From everyday people to hard-to-find archetypes, we know how to find them, connect with them, and bring them to the screen in a way that feels real and engaging.
