About Sol Systems
This is a traditional General Counsel role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key advisor to the Executive Team. This role will oversee the company’s legal representation and internal legal service as a whole, including managing external counsel relationships and fees, leading and developing the company’s in-house legal team, and improving legal process infrastructure.. This role will support complex M&A, corporate, and financing transactions, manage disputes, and ensure capable, timely counsel regarding matters affecting the company generally.
