About Solace Construction PTY LTD

Solace Construction is a Queensland-based commercial builder delivering civil infrastructure and development projects across South East Queensland. Our business is built around three core pillars that allow us to support projects from early planning through to construction delivery. Commercial Builder – Design & Construct Capability Solace delivers boutique commercial projects with the discipline of a Tier-1 contractor and the responsiveness of a partnership-driven builder. Our team specialises in projects requiring high levels of coordination, technical integration and stakeholder management, including medical facilities, industrial buildings, education spaces and civic infrastructure. Civil Infrastructure We deliver enabling and essential infrastructure that supports communities and development. Our experience includes utilities, remediation, transport infrastructure, renewable energy projects and land development works. Property Development / Development Partner Solace partners with landowners, investors and developers to deliver residential and commercial development outcomes. From feasibility and approvals through to delivery, we work collaboratively to create projects that are commercially viable and beneficial to the communities they serve. Our approach is collaborative and consultative. By engaging early with clients and design teams, we provide buildability insight, cost planning support and practical construction solutions that improve project certainty and outcomes. Solace operates an Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Safety), ensuring consistent project governance, safety and environmental responsibility across all works. Headquartered in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Solace Construction supports projects across South East Queensland while drawing on national project experience across infrastructure, health, defence and industrial sectors.
