Solaris is an Executive Leadership Development Academy that produces executive leadership development programmes targeted at the Black and Brown Woman Leader in organisations across the world. We currently have 3 Leadership programmes targeted at Women. These are as follows: The Women's Executive Leadership Development Programme for women with a minimum 10 years work experience, are in middle to senior management with ambition. The Women's Rising Stars Leadership Programme for women with a minimum 3 years working experience and in jobs that may be classed as junior management and have ambition. The Summit Leadership Programme is for the woman in the c-suite -looking to further cement her role and contribution, is ambitious and looking to amplify her brand beyond where she currently is. We have 1 leadership programme targeted at forward thinking, future focused senior leaders - Solaris Boardroom. The Solaris Boardroom Leadership Programme is for the visionary leader - men and women of all backgrounds and ethnicities, in senior leadership roles and with an ambition and intention to establish a culture of inclusion in their work place, leadership signature and style. Our Alumnae programmes are designed to enable the continuous professional development of our Solaris Alumnae Leaders. All our programmes are love-based leadership development programmes.
