Solas Real Estate jobs and careers

About Solas Real Estate

Solas was born out of changing needs in the real estate industry. We have seen the industry move away from personal relationships to single (even solely online) transactions, where the integrity of the deal is easily stripped away. Our mission is to lead our clients and agents with honesty and ease into the new age of real estate. We value the long term relationships we establish with our people. Your real estate experience should be solution-oriented and personal. To us, real estate isn’t a sales profession. We’re educators. We’re helpers. We’re in it for the people–not just the profit. We’re here to help you cultivate the business and life you’ve been imagining for yourself. We’re here to help you navigate daunting decisions. We’re here to help you thrive. We’ve got your back.
