About Sole App

Sole is an AI first, Australian designed and developed accounting and practice management platform built as a single, end to end solution for accountants, bookkeepers, and the small businesses they support. The platform connects advisors and clients through one shared system of record, combining practice management and small business accounting in a modern, scalable environment. This eliminates duplication, reduces manual handling, and enables real time collaboration across practices and their client base. For small businesses, Sole simplifies day to day financial management. Sole traders and micro businesses can easily quote, invoice, manage one off, scheduled, and recurring work, track cash flow, run payroll, and get paid faster through secure embedded payments. AI powered automation reduces bookkeeping effort, improves accuracy, and removes the need for accounting expertise. For accountants and bookkeepers, Sole provides a purpose built practice management platform with direct access to live client data. This improves visibility across portfolios, supports proactive advisory services, and enables practices to scale efficiently without increasing administrative overhead. Built specifically for the Australian market, Sole is localised for Australian tax and compliance requirements, banking and payments infrastructure, and regulatory expectations. The platform is secured with bank grade security and supported locally. Sole is designed for Australia’s sole traders, freelancers, owner operators, and micro businesses across industries including trades, professional services, health, and creative sectors. By combining AI driven automation, deep Australian localisation, and a connected advisor led model, Sole is building the financial operating platform for Australia’s small business economy, simple for business owners, powerful for advisors, and designed to scale.
