About Solid Ground Consulting

Solid Ground Consulting is a Portland, Oregon based firm connected with organizations across the country by a common bond - making a difference in the communities we serve. It’s a desire we share with thousands of people in every corner of every community. And sometimes they need help. As organizational, strategy and leadership consultants, we’re on this planet to help others make a greater impact. By instilling greater confidence, by expanding their capability and by offering a clear pathway to achieve their goals. Within organizations, these are not small things – they often represent transformational changes that can make all the difference in the world. In permaculture, an edge ecosystem is a place where two ecosystems come together, creating an abundance of diversity and opportunity. Edge ecosystems are home to life that exists nowhere else in the world. Solid Ground and our Colorado-based consulting partners at Connected Realities, are excited to create our own edge. We will be merging our practices to create new connections, new abundance, and new solutions. Learn more about Connected Realities here: https://www.connectedrealities.com/
