About SOLIDAL

“At SOLIDAL®, we integrate customization and mass production with remarkable accuracy through our Intelligent Manufacturing Model. In 2019, SOLIDAL® revolutionized the industry by introducing the Intelligent Manufacturing Model (IMM), fuelling innovation and transforming the way building materials are produced. The IMM combines man-machine interaction and a seamless connection between customer requirements and production data. Under one umbrella, we offer comprehensive design integrated support, material, and production options tailored to your project. Our expert team can transform every vision into a tangible solution. With cutting-edge factory facilities in Sydney, Australia, and WFOE (Australian-owned) facility in Shandong China to control raw material procurement and production, SOLIDAL® leverages Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure consistent information flow from raw materials to the finished SOLIDAL® product, all tracked using QR codes. SOLIDAL® manages every aspect of the process, from raw material procurement to in-house IMM manufacturing and fabrication of proprietary application systems. We understand that the final aesthetic of a building's envelope relies on harmonizing competing elements, including architectural design, engineering, material properties, and fabrication processes that ensure longevity. SOLIDAL® products are reshaping building and structural envelopes, breaking free from limitations and embracing boundless possibilities. With our innovative solutions, building professionals can unlock new opportunities and redefine what's achievable in architectural design and construction."
