The Model of Inclusive Organizations proposed by Soluzioni Emergenti consists in a review of the tools adopted by the organizations and their previous experiences through the integrated approach of Universal Design, inclusive safety and neuroscience. The setup of a positive connection between technical, procedural and behavioral aspects allows the best possible behaviors. This approach is highly inclusive towards subjective differences in terms of personal, physical, cognitive, sensorial and socio-cultural capacities / potentials. The differences are read and managed aiming to improve interaction between people to create complementarity and added value.
