About Solve Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd

At Solve Business Consulting, we are specialist consultants within the financial services industry. Our market differentiator is that we are a Level 2 B-BBEE, 51% black-owned boutique management consulting firm, designing and implementing solutions that generate substantial benefits for our clients. We have cultivated a reputation as thought leaders, through our extensive exposure to industry best practices. Solve provides two types of services: advisory services, and execution services - in which we perform multiple roles including project management; project advisory; subject matter expertise, and business analysis. As our sole focus is on financial services, we have worked with almost all of the large- and medium-sized South African companies in this sector since inception in 1997. Our client base comprises Investment Managers; Life Companies; Investment Platform; Investment Administrators; Wealth Managers; Retirement Fund Administrators, and Treasury. We have delivered around 440 000 man-hours of project work since inception, across 240 projects for 72 clients. While we are based in South Africa, we have conducted projects for clients both locally and internationally. Our core purpose is to partner with our clients and their staff and help them to be the best they can be. What can we solve for you, today?
