About Solve Group Pty Ltd

## Reinventing work for the digital age — It’s about time Digital transformation is no longer just about more productivity. Making people do more and more with less and less is old-school, industrial-age thinking. Our vision is to reinvent work for the digital age and give people more time to do the things that matter most. ## There's a problem with enterprise apps For the last 25 years, the success rate for enterprise apps that launch on time, on budget and work as needed is a low 29%. 22% fail, and the rest are late and over budget. Can you imagine if buildings, vehicles, chemical plants, or electronic devices had that success rate? ## The root cause is the requirements problem Software engineering is the only one of the five main engineering disciplines that does not have a design process and blueprint. Instead, you have to use written requirements that are ambiguous, incomplete and open to interpretation. Would you ever describe a new skyscraper, engine, chemical, or device only in words? Never. Yet businesses still commission critical multi-million-dollar enterprise applications without one. ## CoreX is a universal process and blueprint for the requirements and design of enterprise apps CoreX is to software engineering what architecture is to civil engineering. It’s based on a foundation of organisational psychology and replaces written requirements with simple, precise and comprehensive visual models for a shared understanding between business and IT. ## Buy or build enterprise apps that really work We define the requirements and design of enterprise apps that work. We rapidly create an overall conceptual design that does the same as an artist’s sketch for a new building – it gets everyone on the same page. CoreX works whether you buy or build. And, if you build, use Agile, DevOps, or any other development methodology, platform, technology or framework. CoreX gives business and IT the confidence they’ll get fit-for-purpose apps, every time.
