Somerville Facilities Services, Inc. is a facilities support services company, founded in order to meet the growing need of today's busy business owner and property manager with integrated maintenance services, and on-demand facilities management. We are a multi-facet organization, built from the bottom up with motivated employees, dedicated field supervisors, and managed by highly experienced experts in each field to provide you with the very best preventative and corrective maintenance services in the market. We currently offer the following services: Snow and ice management. Interior and exterior painting Handyman repair and maintenance services Lighting management Emergency response Flooring Interior Renovations Parking lot and driveway maintenance -(including repairs and striping). We also offer janitorial services via our sister company Somerville Sustainable Cleaning, LLC.
