About Something Mighty

We are an independent squad of seasoned game developers helping some of the best studios in Europe and beyond crack their toughest problems. Our goal is to Inspire, Empower and Connect fellow developers, ourselves, and most importantly - our players. Together, we can dare to thrive. Every day, we practice Radical Candor, Radical Transparency and Radical Responsibility as a way to get the best out of what we put our hearts into: 🎙️ Radical Candor: We provide timely and honest feedback while showing care and respect for each other. We encourage open communication, especially about difficult topics, and we address conflict with a constructive mindset. 📸 Radical Transparency: We openly share all information with others to foster trust and accountability. We share financial data, decision-making processes and strategic plans, so everyone has the necessary context for the best action to be taken. 🕣 Radical Responsibility: We take responsibility for our experiences, as well as our choices and outcomes. We recognise that we have the power to influence our environment and, as such, we are proactive problem-solvers. If you need a hand in getting your project through rough waters, or if you’re a like-minded game developer: Go ahead and give us a call. Let's build Something Mighty together.
