About Somoetic Intel Group (SIG)

Somoetic is a training and consulting firm delivering industry-leading, science-based interview training to professionals across the private and public sectors. Our training focuses on developing intelligence within every encounter—from passing conversations to complex investigative interviews. Grounded in behavioral science, we train professionals to think strategically, adapt in real time, and respond effectively as conversations unfold across the full spectrum of investigative contexts, from routine matters to high-ambiguity environments. At Somoetic, every interview, conversation, and contact is an opportunity to collect meaningful human intelligence when approached with the right mindset. Our approach begins with intelligence analysis—helping professionals make disciplined use of the information they already have—and extends into the interview itself, where conversations are navigated intentionally to generate high-quality human intelligence. Somoetic’s work is grounded in contemporary research from psychology and behavioral science and designed for practical application in real-world investigative environments. Through custom team training, consulting, and advisory services, we help organizations build durable interview capability, elevate professional judgment, and approach every interaction as an opportunity to generate meaningful intelligence.
