About Sonia (YC W24)

Sonia is an AI mental health therapist that conducts entire text and voice-based therapy sessions via a phone app. 20% of the population suffers from their mental health each year. Today, many need to wait several months to see a therapist and pay more than $100 per session. With Sonia, you receive support instantly - even directly from your bed when a crisis kicks in at 2 am. We are making mental health care accessible to anyone, anywhere and anytime - for a fraction of today’s cost. Our iOS app is live on the App Store!
