About Sontronics

Sontronics is a British microphone manufacturer designing and building microphones for artists, engineers, producers and creators who care deeply about sound and character. Founded in 2004, Sontronics has grown into a globally respected brand, known for microphones that combine thoughtful engineering, striking design and a sound that feels honest and musical. From world-class studios to live stages and home setups, our microphones are built to capture performances as they really are. Our range spans condenser, valve/tube, dynamic and ribbon microphones, including the award-winning ARIA 2 and MERCURY, our active ribbon microphones SIGMA 2, DELTA 2 and APOLLO 2, and our much-loved dynamic models like SOLO and CORONA. We design, develop and hand-build our microphones at our Sontronics HQ in Dorset, England. Every product is carefully tested with artists, producers and engineers before release, ensuring consistency, reliability and long-term performance. That confidence is backed by our limited Lifetime Warranty on every microphone we make. Sontronics microphones are trusted by a wide range of musicians, composers, studios and broadcasters around the world, and are chosen not just for how they sound, but for how they feel to use day after day. If you’re curious about our microphones, interested in trying one, or want to explore working with us, we’d love to hear from you.
