About Sophie Carter Exclusive Properties

Sophie Carter Exclusive Properties & Projects is a boutique agency specialising in property & projects on the Southern Gold Coast. With over 15 years experience Sophie Carter & Cara Carter launched their Agency in October 2014. The property market showed an abundance of strength and positivity during the first half of 2015 & in August that year agent Ed Cherry joined the duo and has complimented the team with his extensive sales experience, professionalism and local knowledge. The company then expanded further in 2017, with Jessica Wallace joining the team as Sophie's Personal Assistant & Kim Gamble who specialises in property sales through Tweed Heads & Banora Point. The Agency prides itself on its relaxed and natural approach while still achieving excellent results for all involved.
