About Sorellis

Sorellis is a strategic dealmaking and land development advisory firm specializing in data center investments. We help hyperscalers, investors, and landowners secure development-ready sites by bringing clarity, intelligence, and precision to one of the most complex components of digital infrastructure: the land. In a market defined by grid constraints, permitting delays, and rising competition for power-ready parcels, Sorellis serves as a trusted conduit between vision and execution. We identify and present only rigorously vetted opportunities, sites that are viable, de-risked, and aligned with hyperscaler priorities and infrastructure expectations. Built on hyperscaler-native insight, our team understands the real pressures behind procurement timelines, decision cycles, and deal success. We operate with discretion, discipline, and a high-touch approach, guiding each engagement from first conversation to final close with composed execution and quiet confidence. Sorellis is unbiased by design. We do not develop or own land, allowing us to activate a curated network of stakeholders without conflict and match the right parties with the right opportunities. At Sorellis, we deliver Dealmaking Intelligence for Data Center Land Investments, because we understand that the future runs on data, but it still depends on where we put the power.
