About Sorrel Pindar Resilience & Well-Being

I have always taken a holistic mind-body approach to working with my clients, whether they are experiencing mental or physical ill-health. Since 2007, I have worked with those suffering from ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and more recently long covid. This work led me to focus more recently on the psychological experiences which were keeping my patients ill - particularly anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma and traumatic bereavements. My clients are typically women who are ambitious, driven and highly stressed. By enabling them to connect with their own inner guidance system, I support them in finding a balance in which their health and happiness, their relationships and their work all benefit. That inner guidance system is always there, and we can never be broken. No matter how anxious, depressed or burned out you may be, this is just where you are, not who you are. Which means you can find a better place and rediscover your own innate resilience and mental wealth.
