About SOS Leak Detection Ltd

SOS Leak Detection Ltd is a national supplier of specialist services designed to help with the location of hard to find sources of water ingress or water leaks. Whether it be a flat roof on a commercial property, a boiler for a swimming pool losing pressure or a damp stain appearing on a ceiling, wall or floor then SOS LD are perfectly poised to help locate the issue, and in the case of plumbing or heating situations, we can often access and fix within the initial visit. Using the latest equipment carefully matched to highly skilled technicians the whole company ethos is to locate the problem quickly, accurately and professionally with the minimum of disruption or disturbance. Water has a nasty habit of finding it's own way through a structure and the damage caused can quickly escalate. The cost of lost water rapidly increases and the potential for less specialist trades is to start knocking through walls, ceilings and floors creating more damage that has to be rectified and paid for. Not only can SOS LD mitigate the costs of lost water by finding it quickly, you can rest assured that only truly necessary excavations or access work are undertaken. The sooner the source is found and fixed, the less damage is done by the water, less drying is required, less decorative repairs needed, less risk of alternative accommodation. Delays can also be minimised as all our technicians are qualified to take asbestos samples on site during the initial visit should any potentially hazardous materials be encountered. You can easily see why bringing the right resource in at the outset quickly pays for itself. From maintenance to insurance, domestic property to commercial, SOS Leak Detection are here to help and will be delighted to discuss your particular needs.
