About Sotora Global

Sotora Global is a strategic consultancy for senior leaders integrating policy, communications, and science to scale innovative, high-integrity climate and nature solutions. The barriers to scaling climate and nature solutions are interconnected. Policy, science, and communications determine whether solutions scale or stall — yet across the sector, they are still procured separately, managed separately, and delivered in isolation. Sotora is built to close that gap. We design and manage programmes where policy, communications, and science are developed together from the outset — not reconciled after the fact. We work across three core solutions: → Initiative strategy and management — designing complex, multi-actor programmes and providing end-to-end management. → Reputation and influence building — combining deep market understanding with strategic judgement to help leaders establish credibility, shape debate, and protect trust. → Market positioning strategy — bringing market, technical, and communications insight to support organisations entering, refining, or scaling their climate and nature offerings. Founded by sector veterans Jen Stebbing and Callum Heckstall-Smith, the firm brings years of experience advising leaders across governments, coalitions, standard-setting bodies, and the organisations making climate and nature solutions a commercial reality. A fully remote, AI-supported model means clients receive experienced, senior consultants within sector budget realities. We work with market shapers, mandate owners, and emerging leaders. If the challenges you face cross the boundaries of policy, science, and communications, let's talk.
