About Soul Perform

Helping you perform better. Helping you live well. With a passion for sport, health and wellbeing that goes back generations, and a string of qualifications as long as your arm, Soul Perform is here to heal your body and calm your mind. Soul Perform was born out of a passion for making people well from the inside, out. By combining skills in sports medicine, physiotherapy, yoga, nutrition and functional medicine, Clare and Mark knew they could be more effective at healing sports injuries and health issues – then help you come back fitter, stronger and happier than ever before. The evidence was clear from patients they’d worked with. While one treatment in isolation will scratch the surface, to get lasting results, you need to get to the root of the problem. A more holistic, person-centred approach was called for. One that could heal the body and soul. Be your personal best. Grounded in this ethos, Soul Perform now offers an extensive range of treatments to help you get back on the road to recovery or achieve a greater level of health and wellbeing. From rehabilitation for a sporting injury to a discovery session to get to the bottom of your health issues. From stress-busting yoga sessions to corporate packages that help your employees stay fit and well. Soul Perform is here for you, your body and your life.
