Sound Executives Leadership Network (SELN) is a selective, executive peer community rooted in Puget Sound, WA. We are lifelong learners who leave their ego at the door before every discussion—making room for honest conversations that encourage us to be better leaders. We were founded originally in 1993 by Nancy Truitt-Pierce of Woods Creek Consulting. Audrey Hicks, a recovering CFO and prior member, took over management of the groups in 2022.
