About Source Nine Insights

Create emotional value. Build brands that matter. Drive growth that lasts. The Empathy Framework™ uncovers the emotional drivers behind customer behaviour, giving brands actionable insights that fuel positioning, storytelling, and long-term loyalty. While most data shows what customers do, we reveal why they do it. This clarity helps brands build emotional connections that drive growth—emotionally connected customers deliver 306% higher Lifetime Value (LTV) and are 2x more likely to recommend and repurchase. In a market where 75% of buying decisions are emotionally driven, The Empathy Framework™ gives brands the competitive edge to stand out, resonate, and foster lasting loyalty. What We Deliver: Strategic Insights: Meet emotional needs competitors miss and stand out by deeply understanding your audience. Emotional Jobs To Be Done: Know what people are feeling, why they’re feeling it and how it impacts behaviour. Resonant Storytelling: Create campaigns that speak to customers’ true emotional needs in the moments most aligned with them feeling them. Loyalty & LTV: Build emotional connections by creating and communicating the value that your customers are needing and wanting. The Empathy Framework™ is a science-backed methodology that unlocks a logic to emotion to make the achievement of your goals and those of your customers feel like pushing on an open door. Ready to create real value? The Empathy Framework™ Feel what they need, know what they want. Source Nine was founded in 2022 by Rob Harrison-Plastow and insights industry veteran Vincent Nolan (2CV) from a recognition that while the marketing world is flooded with data, it often overlooks what truly drives customer decisions - emotion.
