About sourcingNOW

► sourcingNOW is a new-generation consulting firm. We’re redefining HR and recruitment in a world where technology, demographics, and employer expectations are evolving faster than ever before. At the heart of everything we do is the human being – because for us, recruitment has a human face. Human to human is not just a slogan; it’s the foundation of every professional relationship we build. We leverage modern tools, enhancing sourcing and selection processes with algorithms and AI technology – but we never forget that AI is just a tool, not a decision-maker. It’s people who decide, understand, and recognize potential. We create talent strategies that not only respond to today’s needs but actively shape the job market of tomorrow. We connect young talent with the experience of seasoned professionals – because we believe that multigenerational teams adapt to change faster, learn from each other, and respond better to client needs. From the recruitment stage, we promote age inclusivity – encouraging companies to open up to candidates of all ages and backgrounds. It’s an investment in the future of the organization. Our answers to tomorrow’s challenges: 🔹 connect companies with top candidates through intelligent sourcing, and support talent selection with industry experts 🔹 design flexible collaboration models – from permanent recruitment to IT contracting and recruiter outsourcing tailored to your team 🔹 careerSPA is our proprietary development space for experienced professionals ready to consciously shape the next steps in their career 🔹 empower leaders and teams by providing knowledge, tools, and support that increase their effectiveness in times of transformation We are a partner for companies that don’t just want to keep up with change – but stay ahead of it.
